Getting Started

1. Boot from USB

Insert the CyborgX USB into any computer. Restart and select the USB as the boot device. Most machines use F12, F2, or DEL during startup to access the boot menu.

2. Select Your Mode

The launcher opens automatically. Choose your AI mode:

[1]Answers Now — Fast responses for quick questions (Phi-4 Mini)
[2]Understand — Detailed reasoning for complex problems (Llama 3.1)

3. Start Asking

Type your question and press Enter. The AI responds directly on your machine. No internet connection needed. No data leaves the device.

FAQ

Do I need to disable Secure Boot?

On most modern laptops, yes. Enter your BIOS settings (usually F2 or DEL at startup) and disable Secure Boot. Steps vary by manufacturer.

Will this erase my computer?

No. CyborgX boots from the USB and runs entirely in memory. Your computer's hard drive is not touched. Remove the USB and reboot to return to normal.

How much RAM do I need?

4GB minimum. 8GB or more recommended for the deep reasoning model.

Can I save my conversations?

Conversations exist in memory during your session. When you reboot, they're gone. This is by design — privacy first.
